OUR THERAPISTS

Lacey Twardowski
Limited Licensed Psychologist, MA, LLP
My therapeutic practice is distinct in its approach, combining deep intentionality with a commitment to human empowerment through education. I believe that knowledge is power, and it’s my mission to help clients understand the “why” behind their behaviors to unlock their potential for rapid transformation.
I use evidence-based, person-centered cognitive behavioral techniques to help clients rewire their thoughts and behaviors. By exploring the science behind their patterns, clients gain the tools to take control of their minds and make lasting change.
My specialties include ADHD, sex therapy, partner connectedness, sexual addiction, OCD, hormonal therapy and guidance, as well as anxiety and depression. I also offer life and professional coaching to help individuals achieve their personal and career goals.
With a diverse background that includes serving four years in the U.S. Army as a Signal Intelligence Analyst at NSA post-9/11, coordinating the WMU Sexual Health/HIV Testing and Counseling Program for seven years, and working as a sex therapist and life coach for over 11 years, I bring a unique perspective to my practice.
I believe that real change happens at the ground level—whether it’s within individuals or in the cultural contexts around them. What will you change?

My therapeutic approach is tailored to meet individual needs, ensuring that all aspects of identity are honored in the healing process. Using evidence-based techniques and compassionate listening, I help my clients navigate their emotions, build resilience, and foster self-compassion.
My goal is to create a nurturing environment where women feel heard, validated, and inspired to embrace their true selves. If you’re ready to take the next step in your healing journey, I invite you to reach out.
