Lacey Twardowski
Limited Licensed Psychologist, MA, LLP
My practice is very different from other therapists; my sessions are conducted with great intentionality from the deepest place in my Self. My approaches are heavily influenced by human empowerment through education; believing that knowledge is, in fact, POWER.
Using cognitive behavioral techniques that are designed to produce rapid change, are person-centered, accepting and evidence-based, I teach clients to “hijack” their brains by first understanding the science and theory behind their behavior and then reconditioning it!
My specialties include ADHD, sex therapy, partner connectedness, sexual addiction, OCD, hormonal therapy and guidance as well as anxiety and depression. I also do life and professional coaching.
I served 4 yrs in the United States Army as a Signal Intelligence Analyst at NSA post 9/11, the WMU Sexual Health/HIV Testing and Counseling Program Coordinator for 7 yrs and have been a sex therapist/life/professional coach for the past 11yrs.
I believe that change happens at ground-level, be that internally or culturally. What will you change?

Leslie Trentham
Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LMSW
As a dedicated trauma therapist, I am passionate about empowering women to heal from their past experiences & reclaim their lives. I specialize in guiding women through the complexities of trauma, offering a safe and supportive space for exploration & growth. I understand that intersectional identities—such as race, sexual orientation, gender identity, socioeconomic status, disability, etc—play a significant role in how trauma is experienced & processed. I am committed to addressing these diverse experiences, recognizing that each woman’s journey is unique.
My therapeutic approach is tailored to meet individual needs, ensuring that all aspects of identity are honored in the healing process. Using evidence-based techniques and compassionate listening, I help my clients navigate their emotions, build resilience, and foster self-compassion.
My goal is to create a nurturing environment where women feel heard, validated, and inspired to embrace their true selves. If you’re ready to take the next step in your healing journey, I invite you to reach out.
